1. Borax Anhydrous Introduction

Turkey ETiBOR-68 disodium tetraborate anhydrous appearance is white granular or colorless vitreous crystal. The melting point of alpha orthorhombic crystal is 742.5 ℃, and the density is 2.28; The melting point of beta orthorhombic crystal is 742.5℃, and the density is 2.28. It has strong hygroscopicity and can soluble in water and glycerol. Na2B4O7 is slowly dissolved in methanol to form a solution with a concentration of 13-16%. the aqueous solution is weak alkaline, insoluble in alcohol. Anhydrous borax is the product obtained when borax is heated to 350-450 ℃.
